Tories in Toronto Announcement

It is my sad duty to tell you the "bluebloggerTO" will no longer be helping out around the blog. He will still be blogging hopefully but he will no longer be here. His work here has been greatly appreciated and hope he will reconsider and continue to help us out again. For all of us, thank you for the effort!
